This is the glove that Jeff Francis wore during the first game of the 2007 World Series, becoming the first Canadian pitcher to start in a World Series game since 1975. Jeff Francis is a former Canadian professional baseball player from Vancouver, B.C. Francis won 17 games for the Colorado Rockies in 2007. |

Description |
This is a black right-handed baseball glove worn by Jeff Francis. His name is embroidered in red stitching on the outer surface of the thumb. Beside this is a red and white "Rawlings" logo. There is a red, white, and black patch on the wrist strap, with the markings "Rawlings" and "Est. 1887" written in white. There is a black patch sewn onto the pinky finger with the words "The Gold Glove Co." written in gold, and the letters "EBEH" are etched in the black leather on the same finger. All five fingers have a white line, and all the webbing is black. There is a gold design with the words "Heart Hide" written in gold in the pocket, and the inscription "PRO200-4JB 11 1/2 INCH" followed by "For the Professional Player" in gold, on the inner surface of the pinky finger. |

Un gant de baseball noir qui lance de la Gauche porté par Jeff Francis. Son nom se trouve en couture rouge sur la pouce. À côté de son nom, on trouve le logo de « Rawlings » en rouge et blanc. Sur le poignent, il y a un écusson en rouge, blanc et noir, avec le logo de « Rawlings » et le mot « Est. 1887 » (établi en 1887). Sur le petit doigt, les mots « The Gold Glove Co. » sont écrits en lettres doré et les lettres « EBEH » sont gravées sur le cuir noir du même doigt. Tous les doigts ont une rayure blanche et la patte est noir. Dans la poche, on trouve les mots « Heart Hide » à côté de l’inscription « PRO200-4JB 11 1/2 INCH ».
