History |
This chest protector was worn by Chris Robinson while catching for the Canadian National Baseball Team. Chris Robinson was born in London, Ontario in 1984. He was drafted out of high school by the New York Mets in the 30th round of the 2002 MLB draft, however he chose to enroll in college instead. He was then drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 3rd round of the 2005 MLB draft. He played for the Canadian National Baseball Team in the 2011 Pan American Games, the 2009 Baseball World Cup, and the 2013 World Baseball Classic. |

Chris Robinson a porté ce plastron de receveur quand il a joué pour l’équipe du Canada de baseball. Description |
This is a red chest protector worn by Chris Robinson. It has a grey and red foam guard near the neck which has the handwritten text "WBC 13' " written on it in black marker. Below this, there is a white embroidered Under Armour logo at the centre of the chest protector. Chris Robinson autographed the gear directly below and to the proper left of this logo. The proper right side of the chest protector has an extra pad which is attached by velcro. The inner side of the chest protector is a grey fabric. The chest protector has grey detailing, and a grey border. The chest protector attaches to its wearer through a red fabric support at the back which has red straps clipping to the sides of the stomach, and is strapped to the back of the neck. This red fabric back piece has a white Under Armour logo printed at its centre, as well as the text "UNDER ARMOUR", "UACP - AP", "U.S.A. PAT. NO. 6,775,851 B1", "PAT. NO. 6,021,528", and "MADE IN TAIWAN". |
