History |
This is the 200th home run ball hit by Jason Bay. This home run was hit in New York on August 8, 2011. In the bottom of the second inning Bay ripped a 1-1 hanging slider, delivered by the San Diego Padres' Tim Stauffer, into left field giving the Mets an early lead. A three time Tip O'Neill award winner, Bay was the third Canadian to reach the 200 home run mark. |

This is a white leather baseball with red stitching. There is a blue "Rawlings" stamp on one panel. On the opposite end of the panel is the blue and white MLB logo. Between these, on the narrow part of the second panel, is the marking "Official Major League Baseball" and the autograph of the commissioner. On the narrow part of the first panel is a white sticker with the writing "JB200". |

Une balle de cuir blanc de la couture rouge. On trouve un logo bleu de « Rawlings » sur un panneau. De l’autre côté de ce panneau, il y a le logo bleu et blanc de la MLB. Sur le deuxième panneau, on trouve le texte « Official Major League Baseball » (une balle officielle de la Ligue majeure de baseball) et l'autographe du commissaire.
