This jersey was worn by José Vidro. Vidro played for the Montreal Expos from 1997 until 2004, and then continued to play for the Washington Nationals after the team relocated from 2005 - 2006.

Description

This is a grey nylon button-down jersey. There are six dark grey buttons down the placket. The jersey has red lettering applique with a blue and white outline on the front and reverse. The front reads "Montreal" in script with the number "3" under the letters "ea". Above the letter "e" is a white patch with a blue embroidered fleur-de-lis. The reverse of the jersey reads "Vidro" across the top with a larger "3" at the centre. The edges of the sleeves are bordered by one thick red and one thick blue stripe with a thin white stripe between these. The proper left sleeve has a red, blue, and white circular patch with the "Montreal Expos" logo. Beneath this patch is a blue and red embroidered "Russell Athletic" logo. The reverse of the collar has a white, blue, and red patch with the MLB logo. The proper left shirt tail has a white patch with the "Russell Athletic" logo and size and care information. There are two flag tags affixed to the bottom of this patch with jersey alterations and fabric information.

Un chandail gris à boutons, fabriqué en nylon. Il y a six boutons gris foncé sur la platte. Sur les deux côtés du chandail, on trouve des appliqués rouges avec un peu de bleu et blanc qui tracent les contours. À l’avant, il y a le nom « Montreal » et un numéro « 3 », mais à l’arrière, on trouve un plus grand numéro « 3 » au centre en dessus du nom « Vidro ». Les bords des manches ont des rayures rouges, bleues et blanches. Le manche gauche contient un écusson ronde du logo des Expos de Montréal en rouge, bleu et blanc. En dessus de cet écusson, il y a un petit logo de « Russell Athletic » brodé en bleu foncé et rouge. L’arrière du col montre un écusson du logo de la MLB en blanc, bleu et rouge. Sur le pan de chemise gauche, il y a un écusson blanc de « Russell Athletic » qui contient les consignes de lavage et la taille du chandail. Deux petites étiquettes sont attachées en dessus de cet écusson, qui donne les consignes de lavage et les retouches faites au chandail.
