History |
Edward Bowsfield was born in 1935 in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada. Bowsfield played for the Boston Red Sox (1958-1960), Cleveland Indians (1960), Los Angeles Angels (1961-1962) and Kansas City Athletics (1963-1964). Bowsfield was inducted into the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in 1988. |

Description |
This is a baseball card printed on brown cardstock. It featured a colour photograph of Edward Bowsfield (better known as Ted Bowsfield) wearing his Los Angeles Angels jersey against an indistinct outdoor scene. Bowsfield is staring to the right and into the distance. On the reverse of the card are Bowsfield's baseball stats printed in black and lime green ink. There is a three-panel comic along the bottom of the card. There is a TOPPS logo in the top left corner of the back of the card, but no copyright information. |
