This is a game-worn Toronto Blue Jays World Series jersey. Paul Molitor wore this jersey in game 3 of the 1993 World Series, and likely also in games 4 and 5.

Description

This is a grey polyester button-down jersey. There are seven dark grey buttons down the placket. The front and reverse have blue and white lettering applique. The front reads "Toronto", while the reverse reads "Molitor" in solid blue lettering, and "19" in blue and white. Beneath the word "Toronto", on the proper left side of the jersey, there is a red, white, pale blue, and dark blue embroidered patch with the original Toronto Blue Jays logo. The proper right sleeve has a "1993 World Series" patch, which is gold, blue, green, and red, and has a small MLB logo beneath the words "World Series". The edges of the sleeves are lined with two blue stripes with one white stripe between these. Paul Molitor autographed the front of the jersey in black marker above the letters "nt" in "Toronto". The inside collar has a patch from the manufacturer "Wilson" with the size "44" and care instructions. There is a small flag tag affixed to this with the letters "FV". Beneath this patch is a grey patch with "Molitor 19 93 1" embroidered in dark blue thread.

Un chandail gris à boutons, fabriqué en polyester. Il y a sept boutons gris foncé sur la platte. Sur les deux côtés, il y a un appliqué en bleu et blanc. À l’avant du chandail, on trouve le mot « Blue Jays », mais à l’arrière, il y a le nom « Molitor » et le numéro « 19 ». Sur le front du chandail, on trouve un écusson bordé en rouge, bleu pâle et bleu foncé avec le premier logo des Blue Jays de Toronto. La manche gauche contient un écusson en bleu, doré, vert et rouge, qui commémore la Série mondiale en 1993 à côté d’un petit logo de la MLB. Les bordures des manches ont une rayure blanche avec une rayure bleue à chaque côté. Paul Molitor a autographié l'avant de ce chandail en feutre noir. À l’intérieur du col, on trouve l’étiquette du fabricant « Wilson », avec la taille de « 44 » et les consignes de lavage. Il y a aussi une autre petite étiquette avec les lettres « FV ».
